Why it pays to tap into the power of LJ Hooker

In the fast-paced world of real estate, agents depend on a steady flow of qualified leads to expand their customer database and increase revenue. That's why forward-thinking brands like LJ Hooker heavily invest in providing comprehensive lead generation support to its network.   

In the 11 months to May 2023, LJ Hooker provided more than 8,500 sales leads to its international network, with a potential pipeline of $33 million1 in GCI. This represents a noteworthy 9% increase from the previous year, demonstrating that leads can still be obtained regardless of market conditions – with the right tools and resources.  

Recognising the challenges agents face in finding new prospects, LJ Hooker strategically invests in an “Always On” approach to effectively cut through the noise on digital channels and ultimately deliver high-quality leads to our agents.  

An office that has benefited from this approach is LJ Hooker Craigmore | Elizabeth | Salisbury in South Australia, having received 135 leads in 11 months and successfully converting 10% into listings with approximately $169,0002 in GCI.  

Sales agent Andrew Rose said: “It's vital for corporates to give their offices a push to succeed. Everyone has their standard practises in place, but it’s the additional spend by corporates that help get agents in front of more people to form connections.   

“Even if those connections don’t pay off immediately, there are positive signs that with the right nurturing, they will result in listings within 12 months. So, essentially, we can create a solid database of potential sellers.
