A record-breaking property sale in Wanaka’s sought-after Kirimoko Park has set a new benchmark, with 4 Takahe Lane selling under the hammer for $2,660,000 at auction on Tuesday, 11 February. This sale marks the highest price achieved in the neighbourhood to date.
The stunning property was marketed through a four-week auction campaign by LJ Hooker Wanaka salesperson Lisinda Rickman. Two active bidders competed for the home on auction day, resulting in the record-setting sale price.
